Charles E. Gavin, IV
President
Chuck has been President of MFG since 2000 having replaced his father who founded the company in 1979. Chuck joined MFG in 1982 soon after graduating from Auburn University with a degree in business.
In the early 1990s Chuck began leading MFG away from the Carpet and Textile markets into the Custom and Toll Manufacturing segment of the chemical industry. This began his long association with SOCMA, the leading trade organization for this industry segment. Chuck was elected to the Board of Governors of SOCMA in 2008.
In 1994 Chuck earned an MBA from Kennesaw State University, a member of the University System of Georgia.

Keith Arnold
Vice President, Sales & Marketing
Keith is primarily responsible for day to day sales activities and leading the customer interface with custom and tolling manufacturing projects. He has played a major role in the company’s growth in sales since 2006 when he joined MFG with more than 20 years of experience in the chemical industry.
Keith is a 1984 graduate of Virginia Tech with a B.S. in Engineering. After working for a number of years in the Nuclear Industry with Bechtel Power Corporation, Keith began his career in the chemical industry with Nalco Chemical Company. He then moved to Kemira, NA at their headquarters. His responsibilities at both companies included Marketing and Sales.

Dave Driggers
Vice President, Operations
As VP of Operations, Dave manages all operating activities and directs all engineering projects.
Dave joined MFG in 2012 with more than 30 years of experience in the chemical industry. Dave has extensive experience in product development, engineering, and manufacturing. Dave has actually been associated with the chemical industry his entire life; his grandfather was the founder of Mayo Chemical, a successful company with multiple plants in Georgia and Tennessee.
Dave obtained a BS in Chemical Engineering from Auburn University in 1980.
